Submission Guidelines
All submissions must be made in English and online, using the nomination form.
A project can be nominated in the name of the said project/concerned individual pivoting the project/ the respective institutions endorsing the project.
All competing projects must either be completed or be at an eventual stage of development and carrying contemporary relevance. The jury will only evaluate and compare projects that are contextual and bear measurable outcome and impact.
All mandatory indicated fields of the entry form must be filled out or else the jury will not evaluate the project.
Participants must illustrate how their use of ICTs creates new avenues for the cause of human and social development.
The project must be verifiable, i.e. able to present credible references from independent third parties.
