Awards Criteria for the Best NGO in m-Serve

The award in the category of best NGO initiative in m-Serve is open for all Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and community based groups who are involved in empowering community and providing benefit to end users by means of telecommunications. Projects nominated for best government initiative in telecommunications sector contain inherent benchmarks of sustainability.

The evaluation criteria is based on quality of vision of the projects, services, past work and implementations of technologies for the empowerment of livelihoods. Besides, the soundness of technology being used, scalability and sustainability and finally impact made on the citizen’s life are criteria for evaluation.
