Professor A.K. Bakhshi is Director of the Institute of Lifelong Learning (ILLL) of the Univesity of Delhi. The focus of this institute is on enhancing the quality of education in the University through integration of ICT with higher education. In his present capacity, he has spearheaded the process of e-transformation of University of Delhi. ILLL is abuzz with activities relating to development of e-content for various disciplines at the undergraduate level, capacity building of teachers in ICT skills and various life enriching and career oriented courses for the students of the University of Delhi. Prof. Bakhshi was recently felicitated by the Former President of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam for his contributions in the e-transformation of the University of Delhi .
