- Is there any fee for submission of entries for eINDIA2010 Awards?
No. Submission of entries for any of the categories for eINDIA2010 Awards does not entail any fee.
- Are nominations open for all projects in India and abroad?
Yes. Nominations for the awards are invited from all projects in India and abroad.
- How can I nominate any project or initiative?
An individual/institutions/project can be nominated for the eINDIA 2010 Awards by any of the methods stated below:
- Direct application – An individual/institution/project/corporate can nominate themselves to the award process by filling up the nomination form and details under Implementing Agency.
- Peer nomination – An individual/institution/corporate can nominate any other individual/institution/project for the awards. However, the peer nominator should disclose his/ her name and details in the form under Details of the Nominator.
- Can I send my nominations separately?
All nominations have to be necessarily submitted online, by filling the online nomination forms.
- How can I send additional attachments?
You can send a maximum of two attachments along with the completed online nomination form by using the browse option.
- How many projects can I nominate?
More than one project can be nominated for all categories by an individual/institution/corporate. There is no upper limit to the number of projects that can be nominated for each category.
Note: Only one nomination will be accepted from one email ID. In case of additional projects, use separate email ID.
- As a corporate entity, how can I participate in eINDIA2010 Awards?
If you are a private company working for the innovative use of ICTs in education, governance or health, you can nominate yourself for the Private Sector Initiative of the Year.
Or
You can NOMINATE the school, college, government department, hospital, PSU etc. under the categories available for eINDIA2010 Awards. Nominator will be required to furnish details of the initiative and other information, as mentioned in the nomination form.
- As a nominator, do I have to fill separate nomination forms?
No. The standard nomination form will have to be filled, along with the Details of the Nominator.
- Can I nominate a project which has ceased to be operational?
No. All projects have to be operational at the time of nomination for the awards.
