Policy Session on Instructional Design for Content Development
QUEST Alliance will host a panel session to bring forth ideas and thoughts that will help formulate policies for utilizing ICT in developing learning interventions using sound instructional design principles. The principal focus of the panel session will be to draft concrete and tangible suggestions and recommendations leading to the creation of a policy framework that will highlight the importance of the Instructional Design Process in the development of e-learning content. The details of the sessions, including their objectives, participants, and agenda items are given below. The panelists in the session will explore lessons learned and inputs from the previous Instructional Design Workshop to steer the formulation of a policy framework that supports effective instructional design strategies to promote learning. Participants will develop a set of concrete and tangible recommendations that will be used to draft a framework that will ensure creation of quality e-learning content emphasizing all the phases of the Instructional Design Process.
